Clare discovered her passion for marketing after she joined Quant as a fresh fledgling graduate from Nottingham Trent University. Working with clients such as BLISS, Buendia and IKEA Global gave her a love for attention to detail and a can do attitude. Working for a small company meant gaining invaluable all round experience and the opportunity to get really close to the clients, building a fantastic rapport and really getting to know the customer’s challenges and needs.
She then moved into B2B conference marketing at Croner Training and expanded her knowledge with Centaur. Clare honed her project and media management skills by moving into event organisation at Future Horizons, setting up successful conferences around the world designed for senior management and press in the electronics industry.
Clare is currently Head Of Data Operations after re-joining Quant in June 2008. She has developed her data management skills working with clients such the IKEA Group, LOVEFiLM, Anglian Water, BOC and MEGA Mall.
She has led several large data migrations and believes that getting under the skin of her clients, a keen eye for detail and a passion for getting it right first time is absolutely key to continually improve customer experience.
