Nigel's career began at Nestlé where he went on to hold senior positions in sales, marketing and market research in the UK and abroad.
Over the last 20 years he has become an industry-acknowledged expert in marketing strategy and customer behaviour, with senior roles at Prudential and NatWest, and then Director of Strategy for Tesco's data consultancy, DunnHumby Associates developing many of the industry standard loyalty management practices used all over the world today.
He jointly founded Quant in 2000 with a mission to help organisations connect with customers through using customer data to understand them better.
Nigel is an alumnus of IMD business school in Lausanne, Switzerland and a Fellow of the IDM.
