IKEA Korea Appoints CRM agency – Quant

IKEA KoreaQuant is very excited to announce IKEA Korea has appointed Quant to support them in the development and launch of the IKEA FAMILY programme, following a successful pitch. IKEA Korea’s first store will open in November 2014.

IKEA Korea said: “We enjoyed meeting with you and really liked what we saw in your proposal and your passion…We believe that Quant will help us introduce our brand and IKEA FAMILY to this new market flawlessly.”

Quant has been working with IKEA and its Global CRM team since 2004, starting with proposition development for the IKEA FAMILY programme. Since then Quant has helped IKEA launch the programme in 11 countries including the UK and most recently Australia.

Quant supports the IKEA markets with technical infrastructure, communication programme design & implementation, CRM consultancy and analytics to help maximise ROI, customer insight and segmentation and customer facing applications such as the in store kiosk. It’s about enabling customers to get more of IKEA and more of the things they like about IKEA.
