Quant are Data Controller for the data that we collect online, for job applications, for our clients, for prospect clients and for other data that Quant directly collect or are given. In terms of our relationships with our clients, Quant are often Data Processor due to the manner of work we carry out, while our clients will be Data Controller of their own customer data.

Information is only held for as long as it is needed. Once it is no longer needed it is securely destroyed.
Quant operate globally and therefore, when necessary, may transfer your personal information to countries outside of the country in which you accessed the website/ made your enquiry. We will keep your information for a reasonable period, such as for the duration of the active contract between yourself and Quant Marketing. If you have signed up to the Quant newsletter then your data will be retained for the duration that the newsletters continue. If you Unsubscribe, your data will be removed from our CRM system within a reasonable period of time.
When completing a Quant application form for the e-newsletter, Quant will enter the email address and other information onto the Quant database to receive relevant Quant communications and marketing information via email. If you are contacted via Direct Marketing, this will occur only with your permission or express consent. For example, if you have typed and submitted your email address specifically to receive our email newsletter, then this is taken as permission to send you given newsletter/s. Quant may be required to process your personal data in order to verify your details are correct, ensure Unsubscribes are supressed from campaigns, keep records of historical campaigns, or for other purposes set out in this Policy. We work with specific CRM systems that manage aspects of our CRM activity. These systems may need to process data that sits within them in order to keep activity and campaigns up-to-date.
