Nigel Gatehouse – Chief Executive Officer
IDM Fellow Nigel is acknowledged by the industry as an expert in marketing strategy and customer behaviour. With over 30 years’ experience, he has held global marketing roles at Nestlé, Prudential and NatWest. In 1996, he became Director of Strategy for Tesco’s data consultancy, DunnHumby Associates. There, he developed many of the industry standard loyalty management practices used all over the world today. He co-founded Quant in 2000 to help organisations seize opportunities by understanding their customers through data.
