Tom Hutchings – Head of Insight & Analysis


Tom is our numbers expert and leads the Insight and Analysis team to drive out meaningful insights into customer behaviour. His recent past includes working with O2 to deliver a major part of their business intelligence, undertaking a Survival Analysis to define customer lifetime value and understand key points of churn. Tom is used to the challenge of digital data, leading re-attribution/exposure to conversion analytics for various digital clients and creating an online user segmentation based on attitudes to digital usage.

He and the team thrive on the challenge of optimising campaigns across both acquisition and retention and creating step changes in performance through the use of modelling and advanced analytics. Tom’s brand experience includes: O2, Channel 4, Warner Bros, Sainsbury’s, Cadburys, ING, RBS Insurance, Travelex UK.
